Keys to health!

The keys to health are 1) honesty and 2) consistency. Honesty allows for a realistic appraisal of where we are so we can set relevant, attainable goals. Consistency is the foundation of habit. We can convince ourselves and everyone else that everything's alright (denial). We can will ourselves to do a healthy thing one or two times or even for a week or month. But consistency is what creates lasting change. #behonest #beconsistent#mentalhealth #holistichealth
